Victeroic is uncapable of losing at all. His energy and life source are almost infinite, but they seem to never run out, even if he moves at his top speed.

One day, Victini fought against another Victini. After he won, his energy increased at unknown levels, causing him to change in shape and become Victeroic.

The user charges against its foe with a punch enveloped in psychic energy. It can hit foes that are on the sky and may cause confusion.
