Stalwart Fighters
In front of their eyes, a stitched Aggron with pupil-less blue eyes walked out, glaring at them, but mainly, at Kyria. He roared at her, seemingly challenging her. 'Oh cool... I killed him once and now I have to kill him again? Just fucking cool!'
'I'm coming.' Hakuden spoke out.
'What? No way, this is my fight!' Kyria warned him. 'Besides, I don't need help!'
'I fought a Tyranitar once, so I can handle this too!' Hakuden growled.
'It's for your own safety! I want you to-'
'No, I'll go, because this is personal between me and the bastard as well!' The Jolteon scowled at the Aggron.
Kyria's eyes widened at Hakuden's courage. 'O-Okay... just take care not to break a bone...' She blushed while looking away.
Hakuden and Kyria got out of the cell, taking Alus, Nocturn and Der's places. 'Two lovebirds about to be crushed by the infernal machine. How lov-' Draco taunted before being stopped short. 'Shut up!!' The two Pokemon snarled at him.
The Aggron roared before charging towards them, but the Jolteon and the Ninetales jumped away just in time when he tried to squash them with Stomp. Kyria countered with Flamethrower, causing a decent amount of damage to the armor of the zombie Aggron, while Hakuden countered with a Double Kick, cracking his armor slightly with each kick.
The Aggron quickly sweeped them away with Dragon Tail, knocking them to the walls. They quickly used their feet to land and lauch themselves to the iron giant. Kyria charged Fire Blast to her blade before slashing at him with it, as Hakuden attacked the Aggron with Thunder Fang, paralyzing him.
However, they didn't expect something coming. The Aggron suddenly stretched his limbs in a creepy manner; Not only his limbs were literally stretching, his bones were actually growing in length and his flesh was ripping appart, becoming a colossal zombie monster with exposed bones, veins, guts and flesh, bleeding as his eyes turned from blue to red. He then knocked them off.
'Airyk, he? Taht tcepxe ton did?' The Aggron spoke backwards, in a demonic voice tone, spewing blood and ooze in each word, while grabbing Kyria tight with his large hand.
'What the heck did he just say?!' Hakuden blurted, terrified at the sight.
'Grrr... He's talking backwards...' Kyria grunted while struggling to get free.
'Royam eht naht rehcir emoceb lliw I, uoy llik I erofeb sgniht ytsan od I ecno!!' The Aggron laughed maliciously.
Kyria was not just blue of fear, but really angered, wanting to get free. 'Let me go! Help me, my Haku!!' She cried out of desesperation.
As soon as the Aggron pulled out tentacles with sharp mouths from his rotten hand, Hakuden scowled feriocious and bravely. 'I won't give you the right to do that again, you monster!!' Hakuden snarled as he charged towards the Aggron with Volt Tackle.
Hakuden made a hole through the Aggron, shocking him to death, but the shocks didn't last long. 'Reh evas ot thgir eht uoy evig t'now I dna!' The iron zombie laughed before a walls of flesh enclosed Hakuden and his screams were heard as crunching noises were heard, presumably being eaten by the demonic intestines of Aggron.
Kyria watched in horror as her Hakuden, the ome she cared for, was being mutilated and killed. 'Hakuden!!' Kyria cried with tears and rage, her heart full of rage, hatred and revenge. She scowled in the darkest way possible and began to charge flames all around her body.
'Suoiciled saw taht!' The Aggron laughed, not aware of what Kyria was about to unleash. Kyria just charged more flames, before screeching in a berserk rage. 'Infinity Wave!!' Blue flames surrounded her, increasing in quantity before firing a large wave at the colossal zombie, which gave a demonic scream of pain, burning him to the bone and melting the iron in seconds. Afyer the damage was done, all that was left was a wall of flesh, a beating heart apparently made of hell iron and his bones, but he was still living.
'Why won't you die?!' Kyria snarled, her eyes glowing blue and leaving trails of aura.
'Dog ym fo trap a ma I esuaceb!' The Aggron laughed in a raspy, yet loud voice, before being stopped by a Thunderbolt coming from its stomach and through his 'heart', making him screech.
Everyone was terrified and surprised at the same time. From the bag of flesh, a light appeared, and burst the zombie's stomach open, also ripping appart his heart. A body fell from the bag, turning out to be a male anthro Jolteon covered in blood and bites, though a strange substance as well. As the skeleton fell to pieces, Kyria went to examine it before realizing something.
It was Hakuden. He was one of the affected by the immortality, but he didn't know. She hugged him tightly, sobbing and crying uncontrollably.
'Oh, you motherfucker...! I t-thought I'd lose you...!' Kyria sobbed.
'It's alright... I was never meant to... well... scare you that way...' Hakuden coughed.
'Don't do that again...!' Kyria sobbed. 'I...!'
Hakuden silenced her. 'Me too... don't cry... I need you too... and a Tailor..'
Kyria wiped her tears, but giggled. 'I'll find one, my Haku.'
Draco was speechless, and ready to hurl, his smile faded into a frown, one of rage. 'Bring in Jealousy!' He grunted loudly, as a reanimated Spectra came from below the dirt.
Quickly, the corpse of the ghost Gardevoir teleported behind them. 'This is not your fight.' Spectra whispered at them as she held their shoulders. 'I'm under his control, but I don't want to hurt you. I always wanted to fight her, though.'
'Wait, who?' Kyria whispered back, before turning to Spectra, only to find she and Hakuden were back in the cell, making her dumbfound, everyone inside surprised as well.
In her place, was Bianca, who was being held by the head. Then, the Gardevoir dematierialized away and rematerialized in the enemy side.
'Spectra, you don't have to do this!' Bianca pleaded.
'I always wanted your position, but I was assigned the position of a ghost island!!' Spectra scowled. 'Do you know how it feels to be in a lone island with scary ghosts?!'
'But... you were assigned there because of your skills!' Bianca told her. 'I know you're still there!'
'That Spectra is dead!' The Gardevoir screamed, causing everyone to become surprised. 'Now fight already!'
'B-But...'
The white Espeon suddenly did a soft hiss of pain when a Shadow Ball grazed her ear. 'I said fight!' Spectra scowled at her, her blue eyes glowing. Bianca then got in battle stance relunctantly, afraid of fighting Spectra, since she was a Ghost/Psychic type, and her attacks wouldn't do much to her.
Bianca dodged some of Spectra's Shadow Balls and Dark Pulses, but most of the attacks would hit her, shoving her off and making her yelp in pain. 'Bianca, what's going on?!' Chase yelled at her out of worry.
'I... I can't hurt her... she's my friend... even if she's manipulated...' Bianca replied, coughing.
'Want to know something?' Spectra stood up. 'I actually work for Draco... well, worked, until I heard he was going to summon Zerghus.'
'W-W-W... N-No...' Bianca whispered out of fear and disbelief.
'I'm not being controlled by him. I wanted to fight you to see if YOU are worthy for being a demigoddess of Esper, but look, you're holding yourself back, and it's not like yourself before Zerghus' lastest arrival.'
'No! I won't fight you!'
'Face it. The prophecy is true, but our friendship is still obstructed by my jealousy and our rivalry. Fight me, or die.' Spectra charged two Shadow Balls and flung them at Bianca.
Bianca simply lowered her head, tears streaming down her cheeks before the spheres collided with her, creating a explosion acompanied by a dust cloud. Chase screamed her name, wanting to get out and see if she was alright.
Spectra looked at Bianca with disappointment. 'I didn't want to do this, but you forced me...' She thought, but then...
Then, her eyes widened, and so did Chase's...
When the smoke faded, it revealed that Bianca had covered her wings with Protect to deflect the explosion. 'Impossible! She couldn't have reacted at time!' Spectra gasped. Bianca was breathing heavily, still sobbing, both in a feeling of deception and rage. She then moved her wings away to reveal something that surprised everyone. Her sweet blue eyes were replaced by wider, black void eyes with red pupils, which dripped blood from under them, and she had a scowl that would freeze anyone who looked at her. 'Oh no... not again...' Chase cursed under his breath.
'What happens?' Zero asked to her worry.
'I think we should have told you.' Gorin started. 'Chase, what happens when you torment an angel or wreck her nerves?'
'She doesn't just goes crazy.' Chase replied. 'Her dark side comes out.'
Meanwhile, Bianca was scowling at Spectra. She felt anger, of being lied at. 'How could you?!' She screamed furiously. 'Why would you do that?!'
'I... had no choice. If I cooperated with Draco, he promised he wouldn't destroy the Sanctuary Isle, and dozens of ghosts live there in harmony!' The Gardevoir replied.
'You did it out of jealousy, didn't you?!' Bianca snapped her teeth.
'Yes, I did. He also promised me I would have Celian City.' Spectra looked away, before Draco narrowed his eyes in despise. 'That was the moment I began feeling regrets. Who was going to take care of the island? I felt like I did the wrong choice...'
'Spectra... do you realize you have done wrong?'
'Yes. I need to pay for that. I'll accept my fate, so, bring it on. This may be our last fight.'
'I'll accept.' Bianca grinned furiously, before her whole fur turned a midnight blue and her jewel turned red, her blood from her eyes running down her face and branching in various directions, making runic symbols all around her back, legs, ears and tail. 'Just promise me you will not lie nor betray me again.'
'I promise it.'
Bianca got in a proper battle stance this time. She was still badly injured, but she acted like the wounds didn't phase her. Spectra started to do her usual Shadow Ball bombarding at Bianca, but she dodged the attacks pretty hastily, leaving her open to a hard blow of Wing Attack from the black Espeon.
Spectra just grinned, knowing that Bianca has changed a lot with just a conversation, and her true self was unleashed for now. She suddenly charged one Dynamic Punch at Bianca's face when she got close, but Bianca dodged it and she countered with Crunch to her sides, drawing blood from her and breaking some of her bones.
'Ungh! ...Not bad, girl. Not bad.' Spectra smiled, gritting her teeth in pain and forcing a smile on it. 'How about I show you a new trick?' She suddenly held one hand to her bleeding side carefully, and to everyone but Bianca's surprise, she absorbed it with her hand.
'Interesting.' Bianca smiled. 'The Blood Claw technique you never taught me, right?'
'What do you know, it's my ultimate attack, much like you have one...' Spectra then faced Zero all of sudden. 'And like she has plenty, but she only knows Ice Missiles and Glacier Bomb.'
'Don't put Zero in this. It's OUR fight.'
'...Right.' Spectra looked at her bloody hand, which finished materializing the blood into a shining red catclaw-like weapon. 'Oh, it's done.'
Bianca then prepared to attack with Crunch once again, before charging at Spectra. Just when she was close enough, though, she was slashed at her side by the sharp Blood Claw, before being hit in the cheek by Spectra's Rock Smash. Bianca flinched a lot, trying to get up as she pained from the hack's wound. 'Moonlight!' She summoned an illusionary moon which sent a healing beam towards her, healing her wounds.
Spectra charged at her with the red claw aimed to her face. Suddenly, Bianca charged energy on her gem and her eyes, before unleashing a chain-shaped beam which wrapped the ghost Gardevoir, immobilizing her. 'I can only use my signature technique in this form. It's the Sacred Chains.' Bianca explained. 'It doesn't just restricts movement to the point of using moves that don't involve the hands, but also damages the victim heavily.'
'D-Damn... You once beat me skill-less, but this is ridiculous!' Spectra groaned.
'The chains, though, are just the beginning.' Bianca's tail glowed before growing, her tailtip deforming into scissor-like blades, before she went back to herself, still retaining her dark form but having the same soft face as the shy demigoddess she was. 'I'm sorry I involved you into a fight...'
'It's fine... just do it... you'll save me a trouble, but first...'
'Hmm?'
'Before Zero confronts her true father, give her this.' Spectra spat out a blue sphere of light, and Bianca took it.
'What's this?' Bianca asked.
'It's Jake's soul... His shell is a lot smarter and faster, unlike the others... Have Zero catch him off guard and get his soul in... Also, hurry up in taking the horns to Zero... The weapons and these will give her the strenght to fight the emperor...'
'Alright...'
'Farewell.' Both of them spoke in unison as Bianca cut her in half with Guillotine. The Gardevoir was soon lifeless, shred in half before turning into purple smoke and imploding.
Draco, frenetically, banged his paw at the table in desesperation; he was running out of weapons. 'What do I have to do to stop this jerky bunch!?' He thought out loud, before looking at the gates carefully.
'Two heads are better than one...' Draco grinned while looking at the gates.
